These terms govern your use of the Kashuv website. By using the site you agree to them.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are monthly with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time by writing to support@kashuv.ai or calling +972-3-382-5221. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for: the service keeps running until then and no further charge is made. A month already paid for is not refunded pro rata. A one-off setup fee, where charged, is refunded in full if you cancel before setup work begins, and is not refunded once the service is live. Any refund due is returned to the payment method used for the original transaction. Nothing here limits consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, including cancellation of a distance-selling transaction within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later; in that case funds are returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Free trial: a self-serve phone agent starts with a 10-day free trial; the card check at sign-up is a validation, not a charge. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing and nothing is charged. During the trial the line is limited to two simultaneous calls and to business hours; paying at any point removes the limits.
